HOW EPS PANEL WORKS

Engineered Structural Panel Composition

The EPS panel system is manufactured using a reinforced welded wire mesh integrated with an insulated expanded polystyrene core. The structural assembly is completed using shotcrete concrete applied under pressure on both sides.

Structural & Engineering Specifications (EPS Wall Panel System/Roof Panel Technology).

EPS Wall Panels are manufactured using galvanized welded wire mesh integrated with an Expanded Polystyrene insulated core. The panels are finished using shotcrete concrete on both sides creating a lightweight yet structurally strong wall system.

Roof EPS panels are designed for lightweight structural roofing applications with excellent insulation and reduced dead load on foundations.
